Terms & Conditions

• Products can be exchanged if there is a quality problem.

• Effective receipt is needed for product exchange within 30 days after purchase.

• The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.

• Refund policy is not available.

• Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new, clean condition.

• The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.

• The Design Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The Design Mall do not accept any postage due return shipments.  The customer is responsible for the costs to ship the product back to case-mate.  We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking

• The Design Mall limited reserves the right for final decision.
